I'm trying to upload my own photo, but it's too big. What can I do?
You can send the picture by WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com) to [email protected]. We will then check the quality for you and if it is good, we can manually create an order for you.
My complete photo doesn't fit the size, how do I make sure that this is possible?
At the moment you enter the dimensions of your wall on Wallart.com, you will see a frame. This frame is the part of the image to be printed and you can move it. What is outside the frame cannot be printed. We don't like to get a photo out of proportion, the frame can be moved. If you want the complete photo, you can only do this with white space next to or above and below the photo. You can also choose not to wallpaper part of the wall. You then have a poster wallpaper.
I get an error message when uploading my photo, what can I do about it?
It may be that the file format or file type is not suitable for our website. You can always email your picture. We will then check the quality. If the quality is good enough, we will manually create an account for you where you can view the photo. You can then select which part you want to see printed.
I ordered a wallpaper with my own photo only the quality was not good, can I change this with a photo from the website?
Upload a photo as large as possible. Photos taken with a mobile phone are usually not sharp enough. A sharp print should preferably contain 1 pixel per millimeter. A wall of 2.5 meters high and 4 meters wide should be at least 2500 by 4000 pixels. The higher the resolution, the sharper the print!
Can I also submit a tiff file?
This is certainly possible but you can only upload .jpg files on our website. Other file formats can be mailed to [email protected]

Do you also have products to remove the old wallpaper?
To remove old wallpaper from the walls, we have various accessories. We have wallpaper softener, power wallpaper remover and a wallpaper scraper in our range to remove your current wallpaper. Softener is ideal for removing old wallpaper. Softener dissolves the glue of old wallpaper, making it easier to remove. Power wallpaper remover is a gel for removing all types of wallpaper. After using these products, you have to clean the wall well before applying new wallpape.
What is the difference between Power wallpaper remover and wallpaper remover?

What do you use primer for?
The primer ensures that the photo wallpaper adheres well to the wall. By smearing your wall with primer, the wallpaper glue is not sucked into the wall immediately. Especially in new houses, the walls absorb a lot of moisture. With a primer you prevent the wallpaper from coming loose quickly. You have to grease the wall first and let it soak in overnight, before you put the wallpaper glue on the wall.
What's a pressure roller?
With a pressure roller, you distribute the pressure optimally so that the application of wallpaper is smooth. We sell a professional pressure roller of 14 cm wide.

What are the advantages of non-woven wallpaper?
The main advantage of non-woven wallpaper is that it is easy to apply to a wall. You don't need much experience to do this and with our manual and tips it can hardly go wrong. Instead of smearing the wallpaper with wallpaper glue, you have to smear the wall. So you don't need a wallpapering table and floors stay cleaner than with paper wallpaper. With fleece wallpaper, tearing of the wallpaper is virtually impossible. In addition, non-woven wallpaper is dimensionally stable and does not shrink, a must for photo wallpaper. After all, you don't want any gaps between the strips. Make sure that you always first place the wallpaper in the room to be wallpapered for 24 hours and make sure that there are few temperature fluctuations during the wallpapering process. Non-woven wallpaper is easy to apply over small irregularities in the wall. Smoothing out non-woven wallpaper after application is easy and the material does not stain. Besides the fact that non-woven wallpaper is easy to apply, it is also easy to remove and causes little damage to walls. Non-woven wallpaper is sturdy and it is an environmentally friendly product. Our inks are water-based. Our fleece wallpaper is fire-resistant and has a B1 certificate.
Is the wallpaper washable?
You can wipe the wallpaper with a slightly damp cloth if necessary. Do you want to use the wallpaper in a kitchen or bathroom? Then we advise you to finish the wallpaper with a coating (wall finish). How many grams is your wallpaper?
Our non-woven wallpaper has a weight of 180 grams per m2. Our wallpaper is strong and easy to apply.
What makes your wallpaper fire retardant?
Our non-woven wallpaper complies with the European standard (B1) for fire safety and the new standard for VOC emissions. VOC is the collective name for substances present in our environment that evaporate easily. Our wallpaper is coated with a fire delaying coating.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We will proceed with production after your payment has been received. On business days we produce within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days (depending on the location) Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number from UPS by email. Through this tracking number, you can track the delivery of your package.
Is your wallpaper delivered on a roll?
Our wallpaper is printed and cut to size. We then roll up the wallpaper and pack it in foam foil. After this, we pack the photo wallpaper in a sturdy box.
What's the ruler for?
"During the ordering process you can choose the button 'ruler'. With this button you can easily measure where the sofa, closet or door will stand. A window can also be measured precisely. With this you can immediately see which part of the picture will be missing. Is there something missing that you would like to keep? Then you can see if the picture looks better mirrored!
Is my wallpaper supplied with glue?
No, our wallpaper is not supplied with glue as standard. Wallpaper glue can be ordered on our website, you can see our wallpaper glue here: https://www.wallart.com/perfax-wallpaper-glue.
When will my photo wallpaper be delivered?
After you have placed an order and we have received the payment, we immediately proceed to produce the wallpaper. You will automatically receive a confirmation after we have received the payment. Please note: we will proceed with the production after the payment has been received. If you have paid with Klarna, we will immediately proceed to produce and ship.

After production, we will deliver as soon as possible. If your payment has failed or if you want to pay by another method, please log in. On the website wallgroup.com, you can log in to "My Account". In "my account" you will find all orders including the unpaid invoices. Click on "pay now" after the pending invoice and follow the steps.

The production time is 24 hours on working days and the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Can your wallpaper also be applied to glass?
No, our wallpaper doesn't stick to glass. This has to do with the hard surface of glass.
What is the best way to remove a large bubble?
Avoid air bubbles by applying the wallpaper properly. The advantage of non-woven wallpaper is that if it does not sit well, you can easily pull it back (it does not tear easily) and you can re-apply it. Rub the air bubbles towards the edges with a wallpapering spatula. If there are small air bubbles because there is no glue behind, use the glue syringe. You can remove an air bubble by pricking or stabbing a small hole in the wallpaper with a needle or the tip of a Stanley knife. Then press the air out of the bubble. With a glue syringe you can, if necessary, squirt a little glue into the bubble. After gluing, check that there is no air bubble.
How many packs of wallpaper glue do I need for my wall?
One package of non-woven wallpaper glue from our website is enough for 20-22 m2.
Does the wallpaper damage when you sting away air bubbles?
You can remove an air bubble by pricking or poking a small hole in the wallpaper with a needle or the tip of a Stanley knife. Then press the air out of the bubble. With a glue syringe you can, if necessary, inject a little glue into the bubble. The glue syringe causes minimum damage to the wallpaper. For wallpaper surfaces with a uniform colour, a hole may be more noticeable than for example with a bunch of wallpaper.
Can the wallpaper also be applied on wood/mdf?
This is possible, but you must make the surface clean and free of grease. We also recommend priming the surface before wallpapering. Use a primer and let it dry overnight, the wallpaper will then adhere better. Keep in mind that with a thin board there is a chance that the glue will warp it.

Preparations
Can there be wallpaper over a coarsely plastered wall?
We recommend that you only wallpaper on smooth surfaces. This is because coarse walls will be visible through the wallpaper and the adhesive will not adhere as well. There is also a chance that air can get underneath the wallpaper so that the seams will become more visible.
How do I measure my wall?
Online, the number of square meters (m2) is automatically calculated based on the width and height of the wall. It is important that the measurements are correct. Therefore, always measure in different places. Width The width: at the top from left to right and at the bottom from left to right. Height The height: upper left to the bottom, upper middle to the bottom and upper right to the bottom. Walls can always be skewed, especially in old houses. That's why we recommend adding 2 inches on all sides of the wall, so you won't be running out of wallpaper.

Warranty
Is there a guarantee on my product(s)?
For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. The legal guarantee means that a product is or must be what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. This applies to both the wallpaper and accessories.

All the wallpaper is made to measure, both the photo wallpaper with own photo and the standard images. It is not possible to return wallpaper with your own photo. We cannot sell this anymore. However, if you are not satisfied with the photo wallpaper with your own photo, please contact us for a reasonable solution. The photo wallpaper with the standard images is still possible for us to sell, despite the fact that it is specially made to measure. You have the right to return this wallpaper.
When does my warranty expire?
After you have received a product, you have 14 days to return a product. You must handle the wallpaper with care and return it in its original packaging if this is reasonably possible. If you have put glue on the wallpaper or if you have cut the wallpaper, your guarantee on the wallpaper will become invalid and we will not be able to take it back. We can no longer sell the wallpaper. So always check the print carefully before you start to glue it. It is necessary to return undamaged products if you want a full refund.
The wallpaper I received is damaged or it's not okay.
We strive for excellent quality. Our wallpapers are printed on high-quality, sturdy PVC-free non-woven wallpaper. We print with non-scented water-based inks. Should there be any problems with the wallpaper, we will provide a suitable solution. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
It is possible that something happened to your product during the production process or during transport.

It is also possible that the image is not printed sharp enough. We advise you to check that everything is in order as soon as you receive your product. Roll out the wallpaper on the floor and check whether it has been printed as you instructed. Place the strips in order and check whether the print matches the image on the website. Check any accessories you have ordered.

Our products are subject to a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it. You must handle the wallpaper carefully and return it in its original packaging if this is reasonably possible. The product must be complete and undamaged. Do not forget to mention your name, address and telephone number. Also the order number and the number of your bank account must be mentioned.

Is the wallpaper environmentally friendly?
Yes, we only print on PVC-free non-woven wallpaper. This non-woven wallpaper does not contain any ingredients that are harmful to the environment. Our non-woven wallpaper is FSC-certified. The fleece wallpaper complies with the European standard (B1) for fire safety and the new standard for VOC emissions. Furthermore, we print with water-based ink, which is odourless and not harmful to health. Our photo wallpaper is therefore suitable for children's rooms, hospitals and childcare centres.
What kind of ink is used and is it environmentally friendly?
We print the photo wallpaper on HP Latex printers and the inks we use are water-based. The printers have all the necessary certificates to protect the environment. Because the inks are water-based, they avoid harmful fumes and environmentally harmful concentrations in the air. The HP Latex inks are subject to UL ECOLOGO® certification. The UL 2801 demonstrates that an ink meets a set of criteria with multiple characteristics based on life cycle focused on human well-being and the environment. Are the colors on my computer the actual colors of the wallpaper?
The colors may vary. This is because computers show colors in RGB and our printers print colors in CMYK. If you want to be sure of the color, we advise you to request a sample. For a sample you can send an e-mail to us: [email protected]. Of course, we try to approximate the colors as much as possible during printing. We do this using advanced software with color calibration.
Do you have paper wallpaper instead of non-woven wallpaper?
No, we print only on non-woven wallpaper. Non-woven wallpaper has many advantages over traditional paper wallpaper. The biggest advantage is that it is easy to apply to a wall. Tearing of the wallpaper is virtually impossible with fleece wallpaper. The material is of top quality and PVC-free.
Do you also supply glossy (shiny) wallpaper?
Our wallpaper is matt in color. We do not supply shiny wallpaper. The advantage of matt wallpaper is that it does not reflect, so that the print remains clearly visible.

I have chosen to pay with Klarna, but I can see that the order will be printed after the payment is complete. Is this correct?
You will receive an automatic confirmation in which this is indeed visible. However, in the following sentence it is stated that your order will be processed by Klarna. You will receive the invoice with a payment link once the wallpaper is shipped.
I have placed an order but didn't pay, how can I still make the payment?
Your unpaid order will be cancelled. You can enter and pay for your order again.
Can I also order the wallpaper on account?
Companies have the option to pay on account. For this, a valid Chamber of Commerce and VAT number must be filled in during ordering. We will check this information and the order will go through. If the information is not correct, you will be contacted by email.

Can I also pay for my wallpaper in installments?
No, this is not possible. You have to pay first before we take an order into production.
How can I create an account?
Create an account by clicking on the image on the top right. Fill in your name, address and city details. Enter a password and accept the terms and conditions. Then click on register. It is also possible to create an account after ordering.
Why do you need to create an account?
