I ordered this beautiful poster-sized map for my boys' bedroom. I was very disappointed to receive the drawing not quite complete (too cut on the top and bottom, so part of the S for South and the hot air balloons and clouds were missing), whereas on the site I had very precisely adjusted the height and width of the wallpaper to have the entire drawing. I called customer service twice to explain the situation, to say that the visual on the site was confusing and that it was therefore not my fault but theirs. I even asked them: "let's say I want to reorder the drawing at my own expense, how should I do to be sure to have the entire drawing?" No solution provided, I was told "With the elements I have, I can't do anything more for you." So very disappointing after-sales service. Apart from that, the quality of the wallpaper is satisfactory.

J'ai commandé cette belle carte en format poster pour la chambre de mes garçons. J'ai été bien déçue de recevoir le dessin pas tout a fait entier (trop coupé sur le dessus et le dessous, donc partie du S de Sud et des montgolfières et nuages manquants), alors que sur le site j'avais très précisément ajusté la hauteur et la largeur du papier peint pour avoir l'entièreté du dessin. J'ai appelé 2 fois le service clientèle pour expliquer la situation, dire que le visuel sur le site prête a confusion et que ce n'était donc pas ma faute mais la leur. Je leur ai même demandé : "admettons que je veuille recommander le dessin à mes frais, comment dois-je faire pour être sûre d'avoir le dessin en entier ?" Aucune solution apportée, on m'a répondu "Avec les éléments que j'ai, je ne peux rien faire de plus pour vous." Donc service après vente très décevant. A part ça qualité du papier peint satisfaisante.
