J'avais commandé cet échantillon, mais j'ai reçu un email disant qu'ils n'aimaient pas la qualité sur le mur et m'ont conseillé de choisir autre chose. Je n'ai pas trouvé de bonne alternative et j'ai demandé un remboursement. Cela s'est déroulé sans accroc, donc même si je n'ai rien sur le mur, je pense que c'est une bonne entreprise et je chercherais autre chose la prochaine fois, le cas échéant.
Ik had deze staal besteld, maar kreeg een mail dat zij de kwaliteit niet goed vonden op de muur en adviseerde iets anders te kiezen. Ik kon geen goed alternatief vinden en heb geld retour gevraagd. Dit is zonder problemen verlopen, dus ondanks ik niets op de wand heb, vind ik het wel een goed bedrijf en zou een volgende keer weer iets uitzoeken, als dat van toepassing is.

J'ai été très satisfait de la communication et de la livraison, y compris du morceau de papier peint. Mais une simple enveloppe aurait suffi. J'ai payé plus de 6,00 € pour le petit échantillon, frais de port compris. Cela aurait été moins cher !
Mit der Kommunikation und Lieferung war ich sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem Tapetenstück. Aber ein einfacher Briefumschlag hätte gereicht. Ich habe für das kleine Musterstück mit Porto über 6,00 € bezahlt. Das wäre auch preiswerter gegangen!
