The MuralTex photo wallpaper arrived very quickly according to the "immediate delivery" option (€70 surcharge), but it had a strong pink tint. We complained, apparently the color deviation was due to the MuralTex material. We were promised a reprint and fast delivery – that was two and a half weeks ago, and nothing has happened, even though the "delivery is ready" promise was made 11 days ago. We will have to pay the painter dearly for double the work and another appointment. Our €70 immediate delivery fee is also lost. Whether the photo wallpaper will be delivered without the pink tint is uncertain. We are pretty upset....
Die Fototapete auf MuralTex kam gemäß "Sofort-Lieferung" mit 70 €-Zuschlag sehr schnell, hatte aber einen extremen Rosastich. Wir reklamierten, offensichtlich hat die Farbabweichung mit dem MuralTex-Material zu tun. Neudruck und schnelle Lieferung wurden uns zugesagt - das ist nun 2 1/2 Wochen her und es tut sich überhaupt nichts, obwohl vor 11 Tagen schon "Lieferung ist zum Versand bereit" zugesagt wurde. Wir werden den Maler für doppelte Arbeit und erneuten Termin teuer bezahlen müssen. Unsere 70 € Sofort-Lieferkosten sind auch verloren. Ob die Fototapete ohne Rosastich geliefert wird, ist nicht gewiss. Wir sind ziemlich sauer ....

Well arranged, fast delivery, fantastic explanation, good material, super tight print. We are very pleased with our beautiful beach in the bedroom with palm tree and sunbeds of 5 mtr wide ;-)
Prima geregeld, snel geleverd, fantastische uitleg, goed materiaal, super strake print. Wij zijn bijzonder tevreden met ons mooie strand op de slaapkamer met palmboom en ligbedden van 5 mtr breed ;-)
