Vous avez effectivement des courriels et des SMS qui vous préviennent tous les matins que vous allez être livrés dans la journée, mais pas de livraison. La société vous signale que vous pouvez suivre la livraison ce qui nous a permis de voir que le colis était bien selon eux dans le hangar à 25km de chez nous mais chaque soir pas de livraison. Aucun moyen de faire ou de dire quelques choses. Le sites en anglais avec une traduction plutôt hasardeuse en français a été pendant tout ce temps en dérangement. Et si vous voulez prendre contact avec eux, c'est un numéro payant ce qui est un comble puisque nous payons une livraison et que ce service chez tous les autres transporteurs est gratuit. Pour finir aux nombres d'étiquettes sur l'emballage nous pensons que le colis a fait des aller et retours dans plusieurs entrepôts. Bien sur le colis été endommagé, heureusement l'emballage intérieurs était suffisant pour qu'il n'y ait pas plus de dégât. En conclusion si vous devez faire imprimer un papier panoramique, je vous déconseille de passer par se site, non pour la qualité mais par un risque bien trop élevé de ne recevoir votre commande ni en temps ni en heure et en bonne état.
