Check the confirmation email to make sure the image matches your crop exactly. If not, please contact us immediately. Something went wrong with our printing (from a different photo order than this one). A brief discussion about whose fault it was led to a very courteous resolution: everyone pays 50%. Kudos to the product and customer service. This is crucial in this day and age of online ordering. Highly recommended!
Erg mooi product! Ben er heel blij mee! Behang is stevig en geeft tevens warm gevoel. Kleuren zijn mooi! Let wel even op bij bestellen. Check in de bevestigingsmail of het plaatje exact overeenkomt met jouw uitsnede. Zo niet gelijk reageren. Bij ons was er iets misgegaan bij afdrukken (van een andere fotobestelling dan deze). Korte discussie gehad over wiens schuld is leidde tot erg nette afhandeling van deze kwestie: ieder betaalt 50%. Hulde voor product en de klantenservice. Niet onbelangrijk in deze tijd van online bestellen. Aanrader!
