Formula 1 2024 - Winners map
The 2024 Formula 1 season offers fans an exciting series of 24 races spread across five continents. The calendar features classic circuits such as Monza, Silverstone, and Spa-Francorchamps, combined with modern street circuits like Jeddah, Miami, and Las Vegas. Each circuit brings its own unique challenges and characteristics, creating a varied and unpredictable championship.
The season begins in Sakhir, Bahrain (Feb 29 - Mar 2), where the teams first take action on the fast and technical desert circuit. The early races are dominated by Max Verstappen, who also secures victories in Jeddah, Suzuka, Shanghai, and Imola. However, as the season progresses, we see multiple winners, including Charles Leclerc in Monte Carlo and Austin, Lando Norris in Miami and Yas Marina, and Lewis Hamilton in Silverstone and Spa.
The summer months bring Formula 1 to Europe, with legendary circuits such as Barcelona, Monaco, and the Red Bull Ring. Here, strategic races are held, where tire management and aerodynamic efficiency are crucial. At Zandvoort (Aug 23-25), the orange legion can cheer for their favorite, while the Hungarian Grand Prix in Budapest (Jul 19-21) brings a surprise with Oscar Piastri as the winner.
In the fall, the championship moves to North and South America, with races in Austin, Mexico City, and Interlagos. Here, Verstappen continues to perform strongly, but Carlos Sainz takes a victory in Mexico City and George Russell wins in Las Vegas, leading to an exciting battle between different teams.
The season concludes with the final races in Qatar and Abu Dhabi, where the championship battle may still be decided. Verstappen remains a dominant force, but several drivers have proven to be formidable opponents. With diverse winners and intense battles, 2024 was a season full of spectacle and unexpected moments!
