The shipment arrived after 5 days. The wallpaper material (fabric wallpaper) is very thick and robust, and forgave every crease (it was no longer visible on the wall). I had ordered additional tools, but a very friendly employee called me and told me that the tools were included with the wallpaper I had ordered and asked if she should cancel the excess and credit it. I found it very attentive and considerate, especially the personal contact. The wallpaper looks great on the wall and was very easy to put up.
Die Sendung war nach 5 Tagen bei uns. Das Tapetenmaterial (Stofftapete) ist sehr dick und robust, hat jeden Knick verziehen (war an der Wand nicht mehr sichtbar). Ich hatte Werkzeug zusätzlich mitbestellt, wurde aber von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin angerufen und darauf hingewiesen, dass das Werkzeug mit der bestellten Tapete dabei sei und ob sie das zu viel Bestellte stornieren und gutschreiben soll. Ich fand es sehr aufmerksam und rücksichtsvoll, besonders den persönlichen Kontakt. Die Tapete sieht super an der Wand aus und war sehr einfach an die Wand zu bringen.
