When explaining the wallpaper, we found the color completely different from the one on the website. Called photo wallpaper and no problem. Just send it back and the amount paid will be credited. Returns can be made via the website, really handy and easy. The only disadvantage is that only 1 item from an order can be returned. After a phone call, that was also quickly resolved.
Bij het uitleggen van het behang vonden we de kleur totaal niet lijken met die op de website. Gebeld met fotobehang en geen probleem. Stuur maar terug en het betaalde bedrag wordt gecrediteerd. Retoursturen kan via de website, echt handig en eenvoudig. Nadeel is enkel dat er slecht 1 item van een bestelling kan worden geretourneerd. Na een telefoontje was ook dat snel opgelost.
